Cyberpunk 2077 Features Wishlist

+
  • More granular map filters (e.g. show only weapon shops or clothing shops; show only thievery jobs or saboteur jobs etc.) as well as the ability to select filters by clicking with the mouse on a given entry in the legend
  • Rotate the map while in fixed camera mode
  • Place multiple markers on the map to remind us of places we want to visit. No need for routing, just markers
  • Change V's appearance post character creation
  • More minigames (e.g. play snooker with that guy in Afterlife, use some of the arcades, more variants of the hacking minigame etc.)
  • An additional vendor filter for crafting specs only
  • A dedicated keyboard binding for "Quick Load"
  • Craft items in batches
  • Buy skill shards from weapon vendors that also have shooting ranges on premises. Fulfils the fantasy of going there to get better at using a specific gun. To that end, we should also be able to actually enter the shooting range and fire at targets
  • Hide already purchased crafting specs from vendor lists
  • Dismantle/sell/drop old, low-quality cyberware. An even more interesting option would be to give those to a ripperdoc for a discount on their higher-quality versions
  • A dedicated inventory filter for quest items
  • "Unread" category/filter for shards and database entries
  • Upgrade any type of item (including mods, cyberware, quickhacks and grenades), not just iconics, to a higher quality tier
  • Disassemble quickhacks
  • Enemy level and loot level scaling based on V's level but for all missions in the game, not just for the story path
  • Let us use our apartment's wardrobe in a similar way to the weapon rack, i.e. store and retrieve clothing without locking the container if emptied. It may also change state depending on which unique items are put on the hangers
  • Toggle the visibility of clothing items on and off
  • Make clothing matter for role-playing. Examples:
    • Wearing <gangName> jacket/cap/pants while strolling through a <gangName> hideout is considered a disguise (increased detection time?)
    • Donning a hazmat suit increases chemical resistance or provides DoT reduction like the Resist! mod
    • Ocusets have a built-in bonus to Range similar to scopes
    • Putting on <corporationName> gear (hazmat suit, jumpsuit, engineer/guard/soldier hat/helm, vest etc.) helps us infiltrate their facilities
    • Gas masks have a built-in bonus to Oxygen akin to the Osmosis mod
    • Netrunner suits provide bonuses to quickhack duration
  • A special category of items (or just a single one) that allows players to create distractions of their own while stealthing
  • More peaceful resolutions to open-world encounters. Too many of those just end up in lethal fights with no prior dialogue, ergo little to no role-playing whatsoever
  • Companions. After completing the personal quest line of a story NPC, an additional dialogue option unlocks which allows players to invite said NPC to join them in missions.
  • NG+ either with static bonuses or bonuses based on the way we acted during our other playthroughs
