When I got the cat, I tried to call Panam to tell her about it, but sadly V thinks it is no big deal, so no luck there. When leaving the city the cat is not mentioned or seen anywhere. They could at least add a line that Misty took care of Nibbles or something like that.
That is why Witcher 3 is still the best game ever - attention to details there is on a whole other level.

I expect some QoL Cat interactions to be added down the line.

The cat makes all endings really sad for me, even the "happy" ending, i could just think "who is going to take care of Nibbles???". In the mansion, i search for it all the place and nothing.

But, the cat is even real??
