I have the exact same issue. I tried everything listed in the official solutions, and all of the other users suggestions. Nothing helps. The game crashes right after I hit play, or when I try to use the exe in /bin/x64. I opened a ticket for them, no answer yet.
you have here an error with no access to memory
i am not sure if it the vram dram or your hdd access
it could be a defective ram
defective v ram on your grafic cards
or a file acces problem to your hdd by the game (user rigths)
i would start by hardwarware pop out the ram and pop it back then check the cables /connection of the hdd
and at the end i would start the game as a administrator that should take care of the hdd access
Do you have a non-AVX CPU? For me this was the right fix, game running good despite FPS going down to ~45fps at very crowded areas which is definitely due to CPU-limitation (80%+ CPU Usage, GPU~75% usage there, Xeon W3690)

it seems to allow me to play about 20-30 min vs 2-3 min but so annoying
and again it removes steam so

ANYONE using this exe mod, DISABLE updates in steam on cyberpunk(until you launch)
as the game is seen as not being played by steam and you really dont want an update trying to install as you play on a corrupt exe(invalid)
yupppp i have this same exact problem, my game was fine. I decided to just slightly bump graphics to see what happened... didn't know I would brick my entire game..
Hello all, just a little catchup on some solutions that I've found.
For me, pressing the play button in gog causes no game window to ever pop up, just a crash window saying " whoa, cyberpunk has flatlined" etc. This is different from those who are able to start the game, then crash at various points, such as after character creation or some point during the nomad start.
just some random fixes that haven't worked for me.
1. disable GOG overlay, along with anything else with an overlay. Geforce, steam, discord seem to be common ones.
2. reinstall Nvidia graphics drivers ( or amd) It's not enough to just reinstall them, you need to use a display driver uninstaller first for a clean install. Here is a CDPR support link for the process:

3. just disable everything with a clean boot, just to see if anything is interfering that you missed. google it i guess this post is already way too long.
4. Update windows. Some people claim that updating to current build fixed the issue.
5. You probably tied this already, but in case you haven't, validate game integrity, then reinstall cyberpunk, then reinstall gog/steam. Some people claim that installing the game on the same drive as your OS fixes the problem
there are more, but I've tried them all and no luck so far. The most compelling reason I've found is the required cpu instruction set AVX, missing on some old cpu's. There is a fix on Nexus: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/34?tab=files
some claim It fixed the problem. If you see a fix saying to open the code of the cyberpunk .exe and change a bit to C5, this is same method, just done for you.

My rig is pretty old, and these last 2 days of hell were a pretty brutal reminder of my actual chances of playing this game anytime soon. I have some hope CDPR will fix this quick, but ultimately if my computer cant handle cyberpunk, I've grown to accept that

Many people crash before ever starting the game, so this folder is never created. The problem is something else for these people
We already have the risk of seizure warning, so I'm guessing this is old news?
Too he honest I'm not entirely sure. GOG says its on patch 1.03 atm for me. Also the seizure warning is in the EULA you agree too, not in the game like, say Valorant. Though I'm just guessing I have yet to start the game successfully.

but i dont think anyone has got the 1.03 patch yet

WTF THIS WORKED FOR ME !!
After 2 days of losing patience and not understanding why it would not work, I tried that without real belief, and the game launched!! I was not even able to have an image after hitting the play button, and I run windows pro 20H0 !
For those not able to launch the game AT ALL, please check what type of cable you use for your screen, I changes from VGA to HDMI and it seems to be working.
Also, I though I kinda understood what was happening in computers, and that this kind of connection could NOT IN ANY WORLD cause this kind of problem, now all my convictions are dumped.
