Question, if anyone knows... in terms of updates/patches... should we be putting the original exe file back in place before running any updates? Or does it matter?
I assume if the edited exe file is in the install folder, an update is likely to overwrite it, which is fine... but wondering if having the edited exe file in place might break/prevent an update...?

CD red projekt is in disrepair. After months of reporting they deliver unplayable bugger games. "Cyberpunk makes a flat line ...." The respect for the players that they had is with the many reports they receive: in the trash. They made a videoludic masterpiece with the witcher 3, they represented excellence but venality has corrupted them; they now represent nothing but baseness. A couple days would be fine like literally two, but after the weekend when people took work off for this shit ( yeah i know it's the weekend but people can still have work.) ??? It's the most hyped up game release ever. I'd have expected them to be on the ball with a Hotfix then a proper patch. Jesus..... I paid for the game so I can be critical as hell.
They changed it several times.. the heading startet with "today", continued with "dec. 15th"... now it says "soon".

I have disabled all programs that might be causing issues, rechecked the game files (29Mb was downloaded), and run all the normal windows integrity checks.

If you have RT enabled, disable it until next patch arrives. I have seen many reports of people crashing with RT that are able to play smooth without it. Not ideal, but it could be worth trying during those first days.
Praise you brother, it seems to have fixed my issue. The game kept running at the time skip cut scene. Now I am going to go and enjoy my game, hopefully with no more issues.
