Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC

Hello there!

I had a conversation with a Playstation Support and they said to write you about my problem.

I have tried all their suggested options to restore my DLC, but there is no help:

1. My console is updated.
2. In “Restore Licenses” tab there is no Cyberpunk 2077.
3. The game has no updates.
4. In downloadable content I only have language packs.
5. My game library is empty, there is no DLC.
6. There is only the option to buy DLC again.
7. Photo of my disc with a voucher.
8. Proof that is my game with a number on the side of the disc.
9. The code is already used.
10. My transaction history.

Numbers correspond to photos attached below.

I have bought the disc Cyberpunk 2077 and redeemed the voucher code for Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty, but clicked “continue” instead of “download”.

In the transaction history I definitely can observe my redeemed code.

Could you please help me to restore my add-on in my game library, please?

Or maybe CDPR could gift me another code of DLC Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty instead of mine?

You'd have to contact CDPR support via the support website and let them know.

Sadly Im' not sure CDPR can help because it's an issue with the PS Store itself :(
Anyway, you can contact CDPR support directly if you want to ("contact us" button). There is no dedicated category, but this one should be fine (you can change your language on the left) in case).

Attachment deleted. Do not post activation keys for games in a way that can be publicly viewed or distributed.

I would also recommend contacting both CDPR and Sony about the issue. It's technically a Sony thing, as mentioned, as CDPR does not control how other platforms handle the activation of their products. But someone here may be able to point you in a good direction. (Or be able to fix it for you! You never know.)

I'm experiencing this same issue - have you been able to get any help from CD Pr? I've yet to get an e-mail back from them.

The DLC is now attached to the PS Plus version of the game, even though i bought and installed the physical version of "Ultimate Edition" from disc.

Playstation also suggested I contact CD Pr as they themselves can't change anything - the SKU's on the disc and voucher weren't compatible according to PS, hench why the PS Plus version got the DLC (as that version was in my account, albiet not installed at the time of activation)

CDPR did reply to me. They said that the DLC-voucher of my game is for another region and I found out that it really was. My friend sent me it as my birthday gift from Austria, and I live in Poland.

So I texted Sony in order to receive another DLC-code but they answered that I need to send them all the information where and when I bought the disc, a payment check, which store it was and etcetera.
It’s not possible for me, so I gave up.

I'm sorry to hear that they couldn't help you, but good that they could help you sort it out!

Hope they can for me as well as the DLC is used and functional, just not to the disc version which I own, but the PS Plus version which I'll lose access to as my subscription ends. It's really frustrating how something like this can end up happening... The regions are correct but not the boxed voucher and disc SKU's.

Did you have any luck either? Also contacted them regarding a similar issue for me where I successfully redeemed the DLC but it's not in my library or accessible in game.
