Cyberpunk crashes

Hi guys I have been losing my mind trying to play.

Stacktrace-
Error reason: Unhandled exception
Expression: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)
Message: The thread attempted to read inaccessible data at 0x1C8.
File: <Unknown>(0)

I attached the report.txt as well.

I have fixed every possible thing or checked and ruled out errors for all my hardware failing. reinstalled windows, all drivers up to date.

pc specs
Radeon RX 9060 XT
16gb Memory DDR4,
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte b450m dsrh (motherboards)
Edit (forgot my ssd) Kingston 2TB ssd

I have fixed absolutely anything that could have been wrong with my pc, and this was my first launch after reinstalling windows and a fresh Cyberpunk install, no mods, nor any overlapping folders and files that should not be there.
I am clueless at this point why the game will not play

Personally, I would also consider trying an older gpu driver version, because the newest drivers are not always the most stable ones. But before doing that, please check out the suggestions from the article first.

If possible, try to install the latest public release of Windows 11. And consider to increase memory capacity to 32GB.

hey did you update new adrenalin that supports FSR4? after that updates my game gone wrong too, it started to crash for using frame gen. It was working good 2 days ago and now it is a crash fest. I am going to roll back for 2 version and test it again.
