Cyberpunk music.

I think Machinae Supremacy's "Overworld" album gives some nice cyberpunk-ish feel.
This one, for example:

Also, the Birthday Massacre might hit the spot, or Michael McCann with his Deus Ex: Human Revolution OST, or any stuff made by Jesper Kyd (especially Borderlands 2 OST, though some strong dubstep influence there). Blade Runner soundtrack by Vangelis, or score from Escape from New York by John Carpenter...

Maybe some Hybrid.

And some of BT, maybe.

This was already posted on the Witcher board but who cares:

Perturbator just has to be featured in this game!

I love these two from Armitage III, they have this Sega Genesis Quality to them that I love for cyberpunk music.
And talking about Sega Genesis sound, these, while being from a videogame with aliens on it sound pretty cyberpunk (the first one is kinda Terminaton-y).

How about...

Daft Punk? Or had that been listed already... Actually it's a whole playlist of different stuff I normally listen to when I'm in a scifi mood.

Homeworld PC game soundtrack
Mass Effect PC game soundtrack
Tron Legacy film soundtrack
Deus Ex Human Revolution PC game soundtrack
A mixture of Zircon music from OCRemix
A few tracks from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Ergo Proxy anime soundtrack
