True.

Although a certain edgy, rebellious, techno attitude is what separates it from 60s folk attitude or 80s pop attitude or 70s funk attitude or 90s grunge attitude, etc.

House of the Rising Sun is a great damn choice. Love to be driving down Gibson with Arasaka in flames behind me. MMmm.

For my part I judge a song "good" if one can listen to the lyrics (assuming there are any) separately from the music and think BOTH are good.

Hmm im gonna keep posting, music that gives me a futuristic feel,,... I think most electronic music can will stand the test of time well, and some are old pieces which sound newer, but if music is able to push boundary's and break into new territory's it may be interesting in the far future.

Im not just posting songs I like, I post them here because they have a cyberpunk feel to me. I'm just rambling my opinions here, I have a personal preference, but there is no order or set rules for what cyberpunk should sound like even though im posting mostly electronic (it doesn't have to be) though because it is Cyber "Punk" after all, but the word punk to me tells me to be futuristic, different, experimental and maby be music that most people will not understand, accept or like.

This one is calm but the vibe it gives off is so exciting IMO.

I find this one good for a club setting.

This one is more of an aggressive jam.

This is from the PS2 game I believe, never played it but Ghost in the Shell films and anime is one of the things that got me interested in the world of cyberpunk.

Lost count with how many times this particular one has been brought up, but it's just that good.
Someone put this over the CP 2077 teaser trailer back when not everybody was happy with CDPR's original choice for the trailer music, and lo and behold, it actually works (subjectively) really well if not way better with the imagery.
Anthony Rother's Internal Groove Mix of 'Biomechanik' would have been a good alternative too, imo.
