Someone probably already suggested this, but just in case they haven't the Johnny Mnemonic Sound Track (link is to imdb listing) is Cyberpunk perfection. Helmet, Orbital, God Lives Underwater, KMFDM, Fear Factory, etc
I'm seeing a lot of other great suggestions here though, if there's one thing a good CP playlist has to be is ecclectic!

have some HIGH ENERGY cyberPUNK stuff.. hope cdpr don't go the safe route and just have rock n roll with synths...
hope cdpr sees this and it doesn't get drowned out in the flood of samey retro synthwave.. would be so lame if everything in the soundtrack sounded like that
