Cyberpunk won't launch "Whoa! Cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined"

Hello i have problem with my cyberpunk i was playing normally 2 days ago i exit the game normally and after that i'm unable to launch it again.

I tried to reinstall the game and gog, checked if my drivers need upadates, turn off my antivirus, run it as administrator, i don't have any cyberpunk files at %appdata% cuz i even reset my pc to factory setting and nothing is working. One more thing cyberpunk is showed as open at task manager after trying to launch it.
Someone knows maybe how to fix it?

You say 2 days ago it worked fine. The last update was 3 days ago. So your game worked fine after this update and then it suddenly stopped working out of the blue this morning?

You did a factory reset of your PC, so you deleted everything, at exactly what point in all of this did that happen? Is this where you at now? Have you updated all of your drivers since?

it stoped working something like 2 days ago i was trying to fix that for the last 2 days by myself before that i didn't do anything, i was playing for a long time before it happend so my game was open for 8-10 h and i don't remember if there was an update before i started playing so probably my game updated after this. I didn't updated my drives cuz it showing me that i have the newest version.

Also, just to clarify, you did a factory reset on your PC and then it immediately showed your drivers as all up to date? That would be very weird as they typically reset everything to their factory state, including drivers.

I don't see you mentioning verifying game files, have you tried it? Corrupt downloads are few and far between but they do happen. If you haven't and don't know how, here is a quick link on how to do it on GOG.

yes i tried to verifying game files, i will try to update my drives but rn is showing me that i have newest version so i don't think it will help.

I guess, the best is to send a ticket to the support and wait an answer, because it seem to be the same error for everyone (who don't or never used mods).
Some kind of issue with specific localisations, launchers, with specific hardwares, softwares...
> "Contact Us" button (better to also add a Dxdiag in the report, it could help).

It's very sad that the game doesn't support Win7/ Win8 anymore.
Looks like the above mentioned problem can't be fixed on these OS.

Cyberpunk never worked Windows 8/8.1 because DX12 was never supported on this OS.
And since June 15, 2022, updates have chances to not run on Windows 7 for pretty much the same reason, DX12 is no longer supported too. Thanks to Microsoft which decided for obvious reason to abandon this OS.
