Odd that you mention MSI AB, I had a similar issue where I could not move my OSD to were I usually place it (bottom left) after messing with that for a bit, GOG verify, the game wouldn't launch however would show in task manager. I restarted, fired up GOG and all is well. Except I still cannot move the OSD. I'd like to point out that I do not have the d3d11.dll now. Would of sworn I did have it and I did not remove it. Odd. Must of been removed via Galaxy or HoS install.

I use MSI, Hwinfo and RivaTuner, and yes, exactly the same thing! I can't move the OSD where it was before.

And I have in-game overlay disabled. Always have.

I haven't played today/tried moving the OSD again since my last post. If you end up finding a fix, please do tell! It's a minor thing but having the OSD at the top (for me) is distracting.

I'm no good at software stuff, so I have no idea what to do apart from re-installing MSI and Co, as well as W3, which is a last resort for me. My pet hate is re-installing stuff and having to set it all up again. Just wish things would work. It's just really odd that this OSD of all things would stuff up... I mean... why??? I'm totally confused.

True, it can be a pain sometimes troubleshooting, especially uninstalling/reinstalling and it not helping. Even worse when you don't know what the culprit is! haha. I've tried a few things here and there trying to get it to work but no dice. It's such a simple, minor problem in the grand scheme of things yet it's still aggravating not being able to move the OSD where I prefer. However, I am able to resize and the change color! ;)

I don't know if you are aware of this, RTSS Rivatuner v6.4.0 released yesterday -

There might be hope yet! I'll edit my post if this fixes our issue and let you know.
