Odd that you mention MSI AB, I had a similar issue where I could not move my OSD to were I usually place it (bottom left) after messing with that for a bit, GOG verify, the game wouldn't launch however would show in task manager. I restarted, fired up GOG and all is well. Except I still cannot move the OSD. I'd like to point out that I do not have the d3d11.dll now. Would of sworn I did have it and I did not remove it. Odd. Must of been removed via Galaxy or HoS install.
I use MSI, Hwinfo and RivaTuner, and yes, exactly the same thing! I can't move the OSD where it was before.
And I have in-game overlay disabled. Always have.
