Your Dragon deck has not enough draconids... When i went for a max draconid deck a few months, i found out by searching draconid on collection that the Operator is actually also a Draconid, which you can use to duplicate a dragon.
And Dorregaray has one of the options which is a Wyvern, so 1 more.
And Vran Warrior is also a draconid, but it really has terrible synergy with all other draconids, so dont blame you for not using it.
