Dancing in the Minefield bug

I am having a problem with this quest. I drive the car out of the minefield and to the garage no problem and Dakota calls to finish the quest. When i answer the phone her picture comes up but she never starts talking. Cant hang up the phone, cant progress to another call its just stuck there. Never get the quest completion or even out of the quest itself.

Me too, same issue. You can't save while the call is open either. I drove away from the garage, across the city in the hope of triggering out of the phone call but the game crashed. Might've been the game trying to auto save.
