Is it allowed to use the Dante Caruso character, based on Mr. Podsialo (a famous Polish musician, Phantom Liberty theme music&lyrics provider and game development supporter), in a sex scene mod?

As long as you're not receiving any sort of payment for the work, you're free to do pretty much whatever you wish with mods.
