Dark Horse and CD Projekt Red Launch ‘Witcher’ Collectibles

+
I love these!!!! Do you know a website where the action figures can be purchased internationally please?
They haven't yet released:
Dark Horse Deluxe, in partnership with CD Projekt RED, is proud to announce a high-end product line based on The Witcher debuting in fall 2016. The products derived from the series will span a large range, including statues, busts, and action figures; prop and jewelry replicas; and barware, stationery, and other collectibles. This exciting new line of products debuts with a stunning set of figures.

These look really awesome and I would have bought the Geralt one in a heartbeat, was it not for them having screwed up his head and hair....
Look closely at his hair, it is a combination of the loosely gathered style and the ponytail with shaved sides. Just WRONG!!!

Any chance we might be getting a Dandelion or Pricilla figure/statue at some point? I think they would make for an excellent addition, what with their elaborate clothing and all.

"YES, quality/style, JUST like this.. BUT with posable, moving parts.. you know what I'm saying.. LOL But yeah, until then.. these are killer awesome, whoever made them, GREAT work."

Hah! No it's not, look @ it again..lol it's perfect.. I still wonder if the the big-guys at CDPR are willing to ever invest in making a speacial Geralt action figure someday, with an extra changeable face and haircuts, like "Figma Link" That would be so badass \m/ ;) \m/ @Rafal_Jaki ???

Perhaps it's already in the works, or they'll wait to see just how well all of this stuff sells first, but who knows,
AND Thanks again @Rafal_Jaki "You da man for doing this for ALL of us crazy ass witcher nerds worldwide." lol

I'm glad you like it :) This is the prototypes so we will still make minor changes with DH to get as close and true to our characters as possible. DH has chosen the best manufacturer for them so hopefully the quality from the prototypes will stay the same.

Thank you Rafal for your comment the statues looks great already, will definitely buy them all :D It is good to hear that there is a chance for an improvement...some faces are a little bit off but I guess that's normal for these kind of PVC figures. :)

I have collected some figures over the years ... but I goota say that I kinda grew to prefer statues ... true you cant move parts ... but I found myself not moving them anyway .... also the visable joitns on those figures kinda ruin it... thats why I also sold my playarts kai mass effect figures ... adjusting the pose with a movable parts never looks as good as a statue with a fixed pose.... just speaking from my experience .... im rather happy that those new witcher figures are statues ... not action figures

Any informations about the future retailers in Europe ?

Thank you again for fulfilling fan requests ! I can't wait to own them :D
I know these are prototypes but I feel Yenn's face is swollen and her skin tone needs to be a bit dark. (only my opinion)
Another suggestion would be to make them with other bases than the "Witcher logo" stand, so that when we collect all statues and combine their bases a diorama can be formed. But this is just a suggestion.

I would give the Eredin statue a high pass, but after looking over these vids again, I think the other three still need some work.

Yennefer's face is perhaps a little bit too pale, and there's something about her eyes that are just .... off. Can't really put my finger on it.

Triss' hair color needs to be a bit more intense, at least if we're going by the in-game model. Her eyes might also benefit from being a touch bigger.

Pretty much the same critique for Ciri as for Yennefer: skin tone and eyes.

I'm curious to see if the busts that Darkhorse has planned will be able to capture their likenesses with more fidelity. If so, I might just hold out for those.

Ther will be adjustment for Yen and Ciri for sure - we are focusing on the faces. Triss is almost done as is Geralt and Eredin.

Also to the question about more characters - it is possible but will be determined by the sales of the first 5.

As for EU distribution this is handled by DH but we are connecting them with retail and partners that might be interested and also they have their own contacts as well. Cannot confirm anything yet but EU is definitely important in terms of availability.
