Here you go. Unzip and put into CookedPC/items
CookedPC is in your program folder for the game. If the items subdirectory doesn't already exist, create it.
Warnings:
1. Will almost certainly conflict with any other mods you have installed that change schematics.
2. May prevent Arena from working (the usual symptom seems to be that the shop won't sell you anything). If so, install the mod only when you're about to buy and craft the items, and remove it when you've finished.
All diagrams cost 126 orens
Crafting costs 50 orens
Robust cloth, studded leather, hardened leather and silver ore requirements halved
Dragon Scale changed to Arachid Shell (I left that one in to make life easier for you)
No changes to stats.
Chapter 3 pants requirement changed from "Dragon Scale" to "Arachid Shell".
Rationale: I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to get this set at the beginning of the chapter, and getting a free dragon scale would force you onto specific paths.
That's not a bad decision, but it is in fact possible to obtain dragon scales no matter which side you chose:
You can now enter Philippa Eilharts house in loc muinne while pursuing roche's path and get the scales there... There is also the chest with her magic dagger in it, but you have no options of interacting with it. A bit of a cheap workaround for the problem of getting the scales needed for the armor set.
A second dragon scale is in the temerian army's quarter in the central square - i don't know for sure wether it's only randomly to be found there.
Well, I just discovered something interesting. A warning if you've decided to carry spare swords with you, and these are BETTER damage stats than your current Dark Mode ones.
I just went through one of the sections in the game where you lose your swords
Iorveth path, visiting the Nilfgaard camp outside Vergen
In the fight afterwards, I died unexpectedly. On checking, I realised that it had automatically re-equipped my steel sword (which I was using), but NOT my silver sword. Incomplete set, so losing hit points throughout the fight.
A short while later, I went through the mist. I died unexpectedly. On checking, I discovered that for some reason my equipped steel sword was Gwyhyr, and NOT my dark mode sword.
So if you lose your swords for any reason, check them afterwards.

I've gotten my first set (The Blaspheme's set) this week, but I've stopped playing since I've bought Dark Souls! I'll return to The Witcher 2 after I've completed From Software's game!
Mortally dangerous indeed. I tried three times to get in, and then restored.
To quote someone famous, "I'm too old for this" and "How many more can there be?"
