Dark Mode weird stuff

So i started weeks ago another game in dark mode to import the game to the wild hunt.
So far in dark mode, i have seen that, i dont have second level of skills in the skill tree (i think its normal), i cant use mutagens, theres no ability that allows me to it, Letho was extremely easy to kill, i die with 1 hit with every single monster ( normal to me) and i have faced enemies with a LOT more health than should as i have seen in videos.
1- I am in chapter 3 and dont have long to finish and i can, the thing is that in the Eternal Battle, i was forced to use a mod that overpowered geralt so i could go ahead, because it was terribly suffering, doing so low low low damage and cant roll, use bombs... So i used it only for that scenes, i killed the Boss without it, and now i am asking myself. Will i have problems importing, for the cheating, or the ¿corrupted game?, for all i said?
2-I want to play again in dark mode and i want to play it normal, and i have reinstalled it and still the same bullshit.I bough the game in steam.
How do i fix this?

Sounds like you have FCR installed. This is FCR behavior, not Dark Mode. FCR changes many (seems like nearly all) features of the game.

FCR reduces all skills to single levels, and it prevents using mutagens and trophies until you've advanced well into the alchemy tree.

Uninstall FCR (it should be in the Control Panel Uninstall Programs list) and remove its files. You may have to install the game again, after that. Once you have the game back to vanilla behavior, don't install FCR, RedKit, or Lykaon unless you actually want them.

Thanks , i installed and i didnt liked, i had the mod off so i though it wasnt the cause of my problems
