Darrell the food vendor does not have inventory after quest but offers to sell

Issue:
After completing the job "A Day in the Life", the food vendor 'Darrell' goes back to being a food vendor NPC but has no name or inventory when accessed. And V does not have an inventory either.

Yeah, PC player, patch 1.0.5, same issue.

EDIT: Checked again after patch 1.1 and the shop is working correctly now.

I am using the lastest update on PC and I am having this same issue.

(honestly, I have never try to see what he selling)
