David Goliath Achievment Bug

hello, sorry if this is already reported or mentioned, but I can't get the Achievment for killing Golaith with an arrow in the head.
is this a known bug, pr do I have special things for that?

For info: Killed Goliath instad with full healt and a "sniper" arrow.
Killed him after took some health with a sword, and shot then in his head.
Shot in his has "without" special arrows.

Nothing happens

Some achievements don't seem to be registering. Keep that save around and set a bolt aside for Goliath in the future.
