Decks - standard vs premium composition - question(s)

1. If I've created a deck consisting of standard cards, but over time I've acquired their premium counterparts, will the cards in the deck be replaced automatically with their premium counterparts or do I have to do it by hand?

2. Is the premium card always only an animated version of its standard counterpart or are there any premium cards that actually have some extra features absent from their starndard counterparts?

1. You need to replace cards yourself.
2. Premium cards have no additional abilities.
