Declining Phone Calls

Is it possible to decline a phone call,does the person who's calling me stop if i don't accept the call? Seems to me it's not optional,if someone's calling you then you have to answer.

You can't do anything while in a phone call and if you're stuck like me in a phone call bug i'm sorry

if you don't answer, it auto answers, or you get a msg if you're in the middle of something.

I was literally having a dialogue with Judy in a mission and this bitch called me in the middle of the conversation, she doesn't even leave a message so I was stuck with Wakako and couldn't talk to Judy again.

declining phone calls needs to be a thing

if you do automatic love right after meeting with takemura, he will call V right after leaving fingers in the middle of a dramatic conversation with judy

i can reproduce this everytime, if i dont do gigs inbetween

Why does the press T to answer even exist when there is zero way to cancel a call.

So far the only way I've found to interrupt phone calls is to get shot at, happened to me just as I was engaging one of the cyberpsychos.
I did giggle when they called back as soon as I got into cover and V said "so where were we"
