Deep underwater cave you can't swim to the bottom.

In the Skellige Isles just north of the town of Larvik there is an underwater cave. I can swim into the cave enterance, but cannot swim to the floor of the cave. This is the pc version of the game.

If this is the same cave I think it is, it's associated with a quest, and can only be accessed through that quest.

Sorry but couple days ago I beat game for 8 time never playing certain quest would be mind blowing.

Indeed it would! So I always try to take that possibility into account, when responding to this sort of question, just in case.

The witcher wiki offers almost every quest I think and info how to find them so I would reccomend it to everyone trying to play all quests possible.

I know couple unmarked quests that are not listed there BTW.
