Ukrainians are waiting for your game and due to a close friendship between our two countries, Ukraine and Poland, I think it would have been wise to make a Ukrainian translation of Gwent.

Sorry to tell you, but it has less to do with "being friends" but with how many people will be probably playing from you country :-
We know the feeling, since many EA and Ubi games are not translated into polish for a few years now, or if they are translated, it looks like they hired a 14 yo. to do the translation
Witcher 3 had no czech voice acting, but W1 and W2 had ( I believe).
I'm 100% sure that didn't happen because we stopped being "friends" it's just that CDPR probably realized that less people from the Czech Republic played their game(s), than from Japan,Brazil or Russia. Or to put it in other words: Witcher 3 were still played by many czech players in english or polish, why way less people from Japan would play the game in english or polish
