Delamain Epistrophy: Wellsprings Bug

I'm experiencing similar -- every time I enter an area with a cab, I get a call from Delamain which I can't answer with either keyboard or controller commands, and if I approach any cab I can't target it regardless of whether I'm chasing it in a car, on foot, or literally standing on the hood.

This is especially annoying because these questions take up half the real estate in my quest journal, and I can't complete a single one. Hopefully this will be fixed in 1.07?

UPDATE: Patch 1.1 has fixed the issue for me. I was able to collect all the cars and complete the mission.

The Epistrophy quest worked on my new character up til Epistrophy: The Glen which is my last car to find. When I go to the area where the car is supposed to spawn at the edge of the road, there is no car there and Delamain doesn't call.

Also, the "Epistrophy" quest in my journal just says "Track Job" now and doesn't say how many cars I've got left like it used to do.
