I would rather not do that without the author`s permission first . Some things you can try though would be synchronizing your computer to internet time . Clearing your cache and retrying the download .

Downloaded the mod, installed the 3.4.1 patch, chose it in User Content Manager but can't choose it in game.

That's not a problem with the mod, I guess - I'm just playing it.
(Other mods do work for you?)
