Deserter Cards ? (add Cards from any faction to your deck)

Just an idea I had while playing. What would you guys think of "deserter cards"? For example you could put up to three (or maybe five) bronze or even silver cards(perhaps only 1 or 2) from any faction in your deck.

I thought of it because for some cards there aren't that many counters yet ( weather for example) and it would mix the decks up a little bit more, helping to create differnet decks wich are less predictable.

For example a scoiatel deck with an archgriffin could clear up biting frost or a monster deck with a vrihedd officer could boost his monster army. Players might come up with some interesting decks but of course there might be the possibility for some almost unbeatable decks everyone ends up playing

I think we just need more neutrals that are available for all factions.

Especially something that is able to effect gold cards. It's extra frustrating how the only deck with good options against gold cards is NR, who also does the most with gold cards. Makes NRvNR interesting, but anything else just frustrating to play. Something like the Kaedweni sarge that can turn golds to silvers would be great as a neutral.
