been playing on xbox 360; on act 1 on quest "in the claws of madness"
after killing the wraiths on the second room, you'll encounter a hallway with a secret wall on the left side where you'll need to use "aard" to open it and inside there is a chest.

Now the loot is random but you'll get a checkpoint ( i think so) or just quick save before heading up the stairs; just keep reloading the game until you get a diagram with wight on it, i guarantee it'll be there.

It would appear that there are several "random drop" swords with crazy damage/stats which have like a 0.01 chance of appearing in early parts of the game. The official wiki usually says, "This sword may not be in the game." Wight is one such sword, as are Draug's Confession, Ichaer Aardanna, and Marag Bator. Be really glad if you find one of these early on :yes:
