Dialogue options not loading

Game unplayable due to characters dialogue options not showing. When talking with any character, conversation starts and then tutorial suggests to select dialog option, but none are shown.

Dialogue Options invisible

I randomly started my game and now I have all dialogue options invisible, ie, I can't see the text. I can still select an option using the # keys but I cannot see them. I've restarted my game numerous times but it doesn't work. I've uninstalled all mods, restored everything to default, verified the game through GoG and they are still invisible.

Anyone else had this happen? Any fix? Thanks.
