Did not recieve Hearts of Stone pre-order theme on PSN.

Did not recieve Hearts of Stone pre-order theme on PSN.

Pretty much as my title states.
On the PSN store it was advertised that if you pre-ordered Hearts of Stone or had the season pass you'd get a free exclusive theme. I've had the season pass since August so I thought that sounded great until it didn't show up.

I did some research, as soon as you pre-ordered or had the season pass you were supposed to have had a Geralt & Yennefer theme added to your download list. Mine wasn't, I've checked both on console & PSN & its not there.

I then e-mailed Sony support, got a generic response a couple days later:


Thanks for your e-mail about your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account.

I can see from your e-mail that you'd like to know more information about your purchase from PlayStation Store.*

Hereby we inform you that the The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Geralt & Ciri Theme was already downloaded.

The Geralt & Ciri theme is a free download on PSN for everyone, nothing to do with the Hearts of Stone pre-order theme yet as as soon ad 'Pedro' saw it in my download list he wrote me off.

Obviously unhappy with that response I rang Playstation support only to be told that the problem is not their end.

Apparently the license for the theme & the download command is sent to their severs from CD Projeckt Red's & in my case never made it through. Sony stated they are unable to do anything their end & that I need to contact CD Projeckt Red which leads me to this post.

Please help?

It's the same for me. I bought the expansion pass from Europe account, and can't download the theme. I've been reading aroung Internet and it seems that only people who were able to get theme from season pass were using American accounts to purchase it?

That is BS, I got my geralt and yennfer theme from the playstation store in the witcher 3 area, so I have it, and I got the season pass.... besides the geralt and yennefer theme is ...meh..... the geralt and ciri theme is better

Asia account here didn't received any theme at all (that included free geralt and ciri theme also), any red can answer this would be great .
