Difference between Difficulty Settings?

So I was looking to play on Blood and Broken Bones, but now I am torn between choosing that or Death March. I watched the latest review from Gamestop that said to choose the difficulty higher that what you normally would because you will level up a lot due to the amount of quests.

Does anyone know the difference between these too difficulties? I normally play games on hard and like a challenge but I don't want to start on Death March and then have it be way too over the top difficult. I would like the achievement though. (I'm a tool like that)

They haven't really detailed specific differences. In general...

Enemies
- are more aggressive and deal more damage.
- more defensive and they have higher HP.
- some attack in larger groups

Geralt has some additional restrictions on harder difficulties...
- levels up slower on harder
- receives a lot less bonus stats per level, making him more gear dependent
- Does not regain health when meditating
- takes longer to cast some Signs
- toxicity naturally depletes slower

There might more, these are just based on what CDPR and reviewers I've read.

Is this for Blood and Broken Bones? Or is this just with Death March? The non-regenerating health seems brutal. But if its on Blood and Broken Bones too, then thats not a big deal to me.

I believe the health thing does apply to both Blood and Broken Bones + Death March. As I said, they havent been too specific about the differences between B&B vs DM.
