Actually, is the exactly opposite.
The lightining in dialogues is...yellow and flat, while in game is more soft, natural...

How is this kind of stuff issues? How does it matter? Does the game look like Doom or Tombraider 1 when not in a cutscene?

Actually its gameplay lighting is flat in comparison to dialogues. Check post with screenshots in Graphics thread.

Really? It's obvious you never watched screenshots of the same scene in cinematic and gameplay because it is exactly and totally the contrary of what you are saying. Go in the "Witcher 3 graphics" thread and in the last page you will find all a series of images comparing the two different lightinings. You will see how the cinematic lighting is leaps and bounds above the gameplay one, especially outside. Reflections are better, there are no sudden dark/white areas with no subtle grading, objects cast shadows from source of ambient lightning (instead of the lighting coming from a global point) etc. etc.

Saying that cinematic lightning is worse than gameplay one means one of wo things; or you are blind or you never watched comparison images of the two at work.

Look how shadows are cast from ambient light in the cinematic shots (totally absent on the gmaeplay ones):

And about soft light, watch these other two here:

See how softer and more natural the light is in the cinematic shots? See those real ambient reflections that don't exist in gameplay shots?

Just a couple of shots from that aforementioned thread:

Uhm, you have a point here.
Can you make a comparison for dialogues in a room?

Go in the "Witcher Graphics" thread. There's a full page of those shots there, included interiors (even there the lightning is much better, for example on armor pieces that are much softer).

So the washed out look is what we're going for? The non-narrative screenshots look better by far. I guess continue, I have nothing to add. ~laughs~
