Hello I play the game on dead march. I am on skellige now. I started new game on other slot on easier dificulty but it changed the dificulty even in my dead march game. Is there anyway to save that achievement?

As far as I know, the achievement requires the game to be played from beginning to end without ever touching the difficulty. That being said, if you have an unaffected save game file, you may want to ask around in Mod Discussions. Someone there may know how to get the game to recognize the 100% Deathmarch status of that file...
