Hairworks is not working/reacting properly in the DirectX 11 Next Gen version. DirectX 12 is slightly better with shading to help you not see the problem as much but the hairs are not flowing properly.
Here is a good example of what I mean:
Hairs sticking straight out...never falling or bending down due to gravity. Other enemies, like wolves, have sparse hair in patches that doesnt flow with the body naturally.
