Discount Doc Bug PS4/5 Anybody have a workaround?

Has anyone managed to find a work around for the discount doc mission?

One of the mercs won't spawn and so I can't recover one of the shards needed to progress the mission. I think the PC players have a work around but I'am not aware of any for console.

I have another bug there.. I already cleared the mission, but never asked the Ripperdoc about these things in the basement.

There was also never any auto-dialog triggering. But I have an option about the basement. If I talk to him about that, the Ripperdoc icon just vanishes and I cannot interact with him anymore. He just sits/stays there and thats it...

Also PS4.
