I still have the argument that CP77 doesn't need new game plus if the world, in the late game, was more like Rage 2, (Ironically, Rage 2 has new game +). My buddy is talking to me about the 40 gig downloads LOL! I've been talking about how there should be more spawn points for enemy combat. Also the ability to respawn a mission area like Rage 2. Basically meaning, you get the credit for beating the area the first time to progress the story, but you have the ability to restart missions without having to keep track of a ton of save points.
He mentioned that there are way too many cars at this point. I partially agree! It would be nice to be able to buy every car in the game, because obviously, folks like me do stuff like that LOL! HOWEVER, for the amount of cars available to drive and buy in the game, and the severely huge map, there should be an exclusive racing update that adds like 100 areas to race. I'd BUY that, even as a single player experience. There are so many cool areas that would be fun to race that it's a shame that there aren't any more races in the game.
As far as clothing and guns, PLENTY, but it FEELS like there is much less cyberware in the game compared to pre-2.0. At the very least, the cyberware doesn't feel as dynamic as a lot of the old stuff.
Mostly, I want more late-game things to do. One of my big points with the discussion with my buddy is that Rage 2 offers you a world to keep playing with even if you never want to play the story. For me, having more than predictable places to farm and more random encounters keeps the world interesting beyond just being a pretty place to take pictures.
I told him that the devs are more interested in preserving the narrative experience and doing the dollhouse (v2.2) than actually making the end game activities more engaging than just pushing through the story.
Honestly, I like v2.2 a lot. BUT, it's the dollhouse update, not the "boys wanna run around and kill more shit with more shit" update.
