Dizzying effects are stuck in gameplay

Hi Guys. Has anyonee encountered this? and if so is there a fix for this already?

So when playing the game there are times when V gets dizzy due to the story line. But normally this would disappear after a while. But this time it got stuck to my gameplays and even If I load a previous save file it is still there. Dizzying effects and getting double visions when I try to hover the mouse.

Please help I really like the game but this is game breaking for me, Its hard to play is as is

Yep I have had the relic malfunction bug, where its effect wont go away, I had to reload a really old save & lost about 4hrs of gameplay to get rid of it

dang, mine didnt cut it. What fixed mine is I had to switch my cable from dp to hdmi and also change resolutions and frame rates
