Wow, now they get to wear legendary gear killing lvl 4-9 Drowners and a pack of wolves or some hideously under levelled quest they left until high level armour came our way. The game isn't designed to run around with high level gear, it's overkill because by time you've reached lvl 40+ there's next to nothing to do. This game needs a NG+ badly. At lvl 35, Death March feels easier than "just playing for the story" difficulty option (when just starting out), so i'd hate to see how rubbish the challenge is come lvl +40.

If the want to do that now they have some minor reward for doing it if not you are not obliged to download it, as for NG+ if you think that it can rise difficulty you are very much wrong, whole problem of Witcher being too easy are not monsters with low hp or dmg, the problem starts when at some point you have enough skill points to create some sick builds, NG+ will allow that even further. To fix this they would have to rebalance whole skill tree system which for single player game is very doubtful and for small amount of players that will actually play NG+ it's simply unreal.

It won't really allow you to do that because it's already possible to have 12 points or more in reserve. It's not as if you can't already change your skills about and the fact there's a set amount of slots. Getting NG+ won't exactly up the available skill slots from 12 to 18 for example. You're going to be in the exact same position skill wise. The only difference being, you'd have better lvl enemies.

I had all the points i needed at around lvl 20.

Not yet in German PS Store, guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow. Armor looks decent (though not really my thing). Too bad that his hair is tucked in the collar like with the Ursine armor

I don't get their reasoning on the armor. Heavy armor users pretty much have no low level options. If you're lucky you might see a piece around 9 or 10. So they make DLC armor you can get at 16, meaning you'll get a levels worth of use before you can use Ursine. But that's okay because the updated version of the DLC is for a level you really can't reach. Why the hate on heavy armor fans?

It's a mix of many things, not only some too powerful skills. The levelup bonuses are too strong, mutagens are too strong, skills are too strong, bonuses tied to taking a skill are too strong, so the more you go by the more you become powerful. However, if you tone down those things so that you have no levelups and skills bonuses (and all bonuses are tied to equipment and specific skills), when the OP skills are balanced and too strong potions and mutagens are toned down too then everything becomes as it should have been.

If you want to try how it feels then use this mod for a second playthrough:
http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/212/?

It's obvious that CDPR catered to the casual crowd this time around and these design decisions prove it. They gave bonuses for practically everything in the game, and death march past level 10 feels like easy in Witcher 2 (before they made it much easier too).

Unfortunately, DLCs aren't available everywhere at the same time. We try our best and our partners (Steam, Microsoft, Sony, etc) do their best, but different channels have different release days or times. Basically we send the DLC files to partners and say "Please release this on X day" and they release it as close to that day (after it has arrived, not before) as their schedules allow. The DLCs is coming, but it may be earlier or lated depending on your system and where you live. This applies to patches as well.

The missing Triss alt look that should have been released to PS4 last week will be included in this week's update, so when it is available, there will be all 3 DLCs available. :)

LOL, the Skellige/Undvik armor requires level 41?!?!

In a game that doesn't offer ANY content above level 35? For whom is that DLC made? For the 10 or so fans who are THAT bored to grind the game all day long to get to this level without any real content to enjoy? Ok...
