dlc sets (armor, weapons...) in 1.10 missing

where i can find the nilfgaard armor or the rest from the dlc armor weapon sets in 1.10?

example: the guy in the castle from the red Baron did not have them? where i can find the Stuff now in 1.10 new game plus?

i mean the temerian, nilfgaardian & skellig armors, and for the horse...

DLC armor in 1.10 new game + is bugged due to changes made to gear for new game + that were not applied to the DLC items.

Has this been fixed in 1.11? I still cannot see DLC items in new game plus
