Dmitri problem - constant respawn

Hey,

Hey so I wanted to do troll trouble quest but everytime I atack Dmitri and his gang. He and his man keeps respawning.

I am playing witcher EE, is there a way to fix this problem ?

I killed 3 Dmitri's and like 11 of his men but they still respawn, so I am do not know what to do to finish this quest.

Have you tried reloading an older save to see if the same thing happens ?
Is this a pre-EE save that you`re playing ?

I will try it. ( loading the earlier save )

No it is a fresh start after downloading EE.

Edit:

I have check it is still there, but this is problem not only with dmitri but with all opponents exlude monsters they work fine.

The problem is that I cannot complete the quests not that I cannot defeat them.

I do not know if that is dark mode doing or something else ?

Digital, I download it from the witcher.com, after the EE release.

I didn't have any install problems.

I downloaded 34 parts from witcher com and then run the installer.

That`s probably part of the problem as there are 35 bin files plus the installer which makes 36 total files or parts . Plus if you install any language packs they are extra parts , in general 5 parts to a language pack .

I downloaded it some time ago so i didn't remember how many parts, I checked the folder and I have all 35+1 installer and 5 language pack things. I probably need to reinstall witcher II again.

Sounds like a good idea . Just to give a few pointers
1) Uninstall game
2) Disconnect from internet
3) Disable antivirus and if using windows 7 or Vista disable UAC
4) Reinstall game but do not launch
5) Install TW2EE
6) enable antivirus and UAC if disabled
6) Reconnect to internet , register and try game .

Should I use my original DVD and then upgrade it to EE or the EE that I downloaded from this website ?

The EE that you downloaded from this site upgrades your DVD install to the EE . So yes reinstall the DVD then upgrade using the downloaded files .
