Do the following Annihilation skills work on all weapons?

Most of the skills in the annihilation tree mention only working with shotguns and light machine guns, but a few of them do not specify it.

These ones in particular:

Dead Center
Skeet Shooter
Unstoppable
Hit the Deck
Biathlete

So do they work on other weapons? I mainly use pistols. I have a feeling they do not work. I put points into a few of those without questioning it when I was first started playing, but now I am thinking they do nothing for pistols.

From what I can tell about perks in general, is you have to read what it actually says closely. Each attribute seems to have a couple perks that don't implicitly state a prerequisite, so those should be on any weapon, etc.. Like if something says "+50% head shot damage" but doesn't say which weapon, then it should be for anything capable of headshot damage.

Biathlete is probably bugged entirely, doesn't work with any weapon.
Hit the Deck isn't working properly on any weapon.

That said, I had level 49 character with 20 body and most of the Annihilation unlocked, also high intelligence. End game was very enjoyable with a shotgun. Legendary shotguns are hard to come by, but you shouldn't have problems with Body/Annihilation built.
