Do you ever get to fight the crone that got away?

I never got the bad ending, Ik Gerald returns in an attempt to get the amulet or something. So I'm playing to get that ending now, so do you actually fight her?

yes, you get to fight her and retrieve the medallion

Yep, you can only fight her when you got the bad ending.
Not the best Solution in my opinion.
Should be able to kill her on all endings.
