Do you lose everything you stored in vergen?

So I had ALOT of crafting items stored in a chest or whatever in my room in Vergen, then started Vergen besieged, not knowing that it automatically sent you to the next chapter, I thought I would be able to start the next chapter when I was ready, like you could in Flotsam. So it just send me straight to the mountians of Loc Muinne, AND I STILL HAVE ALL MY STUFF STORED IN VERGEN!!! Is there any way to get it back other than reloading a save? Thanks

Your stuff gets forwarded by Temerian Express. The innkeeper at the Eternal Fire (just off the Loc Muinne marketplace) has all the balls of twine, fermented drowner brains, etc. you had in storage in Vergen.
