Not if the AI of the enemies is so stupid. Just look at TW2, you were faster than them but especially at the beginning the human enemies were REALLY tough. And they attacked all at the same time, unlike now that even on death march they just stay there to watch the fireflies. So yes, they should have speed him up more, and made a decent AI.They could have "speeded" him up a bit...but It would have made this into another "superhero" game, where enemies feel more like mobile punching bags.
This is the real problem.the recovery time is pretty big and break the fight flow
