This was the first time I've seen it. Did a reverse Google search, but no luck in getting it full res. And I also discovered that the art was cutted because of this one:

But still, given the quality of the image that I posted, I think that is not a rip from the trailer. There is somewhere a "true HD" quality of it.

No, it is not.
You will notice in the still you can see Novigrad in the background. Not so much in the trailer.
So the image is definitely not taken from the trailer, it was on it's own. You could never get such good quality from a video capture.
