I´ve tried a lot, tried the save game editor and other editors as well.
I did find out how all police missions start in the quest log, for example
ma_wat_lch_*_start
ma_wat_lch_*_finished
ma_wat_lch_*_after (for organized crime, changes the public behavior on this area)
* is the number of the mission in the specific area
But no matter what, I wasn´t able to respawn the police missions.
I understand that respawning or resetting the main- or story- or sidemissions would BREAK the game, but I also think that the pretty random police encounters could respawn, at least after a while, without being a problem for the game.
My character is pretty maxed but I´d still like to continue playing THIS character, not to start all over.
So.... TL/DR : Does anyone know how to reset the blue NCPD missions in a running game?
