Does anyone know what this status affect is?

Ever since the update yesterday, when I load my save I have this symbol next to my health bar. It causes me to constantly lose my health and I can't find a way to resolve it. I tried loading past saves and the same thing happens. Any thoughts?

I have verified game files, reinstalled and still no luck. I also tried creating a new character and didn't have an issue.

Appears for few seconds like a cool down when I use the hover legs or whatever they are called.
