Looks like a repaint of a vanilla silver sword, but I don't know the name. I have already seen that somewhere.

The silver sword is called Hav'caaren and i think you get it when you finish the main quest.
You should be able to add the sword with the debug console if you want to use it ---> additem('Havcaaren')

I personally think this silver sword (don't know its name right now but I can look it up) goes rather well with the Ofieri Kiji (and therefore maybe the Ofieri armor)

As far as I know I'm too late. But this blue sword you can find in heart of stone dlc after defeating olgred.
