Does dlss and dsr work together?

+
I have four questions.

I have a 1080p monitor and a 3080rtx gpu. At 1080p (dlss quality) I can run the game at ultra settings + ultra rtx 60+fps. At 1440p (dlss quality) (DSR) i can run the game at Digital Foundry's optimized settings with ray traycing medium (rt shadows off) (
) around 60 fps.

1. Should i run the game at 1080p or 1440p with settings according to above and dlss quality, or 1080p (native) with same optimized settings i use for 1440p (quality dlss)?

2. Some people have said that they can clearly see the internal low rendering, when using dlss quality at 1080p. Can you really? and how much does 1080p native help? How big of a difference does 1440p dsr have compared to 1080p native on a 1080p monitor?

3. Does Dlss and dsr even work properly together? will i lose details? (nevermind the dlss blur, as i use this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/511)

4. Does the Dlss blue bother you? i don't know what i think about it, at some points its annoying but at other points it hides some ugly textures from around the game world.

Specs:
GPU: 3080 rtx
CPU: i7-9700k
MB: Z390-P
RAM: 2*8 3600mhz
SSD: 500mbs r/w

I really want the game to look as good as posible and as close to 60 fps as possible, but i have a hard time really detecting the visual differences when testing myself and i am not too great at figuring this kind of thing out. Thank you :)
