Does not meet system requirements

Hi, new here, I just created this account for one question actually. So I recently bought and downloaded The Witcher and am having problems with the "Does not meet system requirements" message upon trying to play. I have looked into this problem for the past hour and pretty sure the solution to this issue is adding -dontforceminreqs to the target under the properties. The only problem is when trying to create a shortcut of the game to make this edit, I cannot find out how. I have no system folder under the game file and when I try making a shortcut to edit it still doesn't let me.
I know this may seem hard to understand, but hopefully some of you know what I'm talking about. Thank you.

First question: Does your system meet the minimum requirements? If not, attempts to play the game with this system are pretty pointless.

What are your system specs and from where did you buy the game ? The system folder will be wherever you installed the game to and not in the Documents area

Yes, it's safe to say my system meets the requirements. This is a problem with many people whose pc was more than powerful enough to run the game. It doesn't detect the drivers because they were nonexistant at the time or something and that's why you have to modify it. I just am having trouble doing so.

The witcher2.exe is usually found under C:\Program Files (x86)\The Witcher 2\bin. To create a shortcut, you right-click on it and choose "create shortcut"

"Does not meet system requirements" is often an indication that you have an Intel GPU that in fact does not meet system requirements.

In my experience, the minimum Intel GPU that will play the game at all is the X4500 (G41 chipset and up). And this GPU with current drivers does not give the "does not meet system requirements" warning. However, it would be a mistake to expect it to play the game well.

So before anybody here can confirm with any degree of certainty, and before you can claim with any degree of certainty, that your computer actually does meet system requirements, please tell us: What GPU are you using?
