if you stack 2x weakspot detection on your eye cyberware, it does not stack, according to the stats page.

however, if you save and reload, it does.

I think there is a little bug on 1.3
For clothe mods, it's a little bit the same.
For "updating" the value on the stats page after installing a new mod (fortuna in this case), you have to unequip your clothes and equip them again.
(so I think for eye cyberware mods, they stack).
